Appearance: David Reid stands at a might six foot three inches and weighs an average one hundred and eighty pounds. He has dark brown hair but appears black in most lighting. His hair is generally short and messy, often pushed back or off to the side. More often than not David has some sort of facial hair going on and commonly keeps a mustache, soul patch and a small beard. He has gentle brown eyes that sometimes can be the gateway to seeing how he feels when his facial expressions are lacking. David's skin color is a caramel color, sometimes dry, and has many scars from a rough childhood. Most of his scars resign on his back from attacks from his father's drunken rages. However David does not only have scars but he also has several tattoos. One on his right inner forearm that says "Silence exiles cunning" another on his left upper arm that is the shape of the jolly roger. Most of the time David is dressed in a simple button up shirt, sleeves rolled up slightly past his elbows, a vest and jeans. He's always wearing a leather band on his left arm and tends to carry around an old fashion silver pocket watch.

Personality: David is an very open minded man and doesn't have a problem with living along side the Skin-Walkers. In fact he loves the unique ability Skin-Walkers have and would love to know more about their way of life, possibly even document the way they shift with his photography skills. The 28 year old is also creative, love-able and adventurous. He loves his job as a photographer and all the opportunities to express every person in the best possible light. Due to his love for nature and adventures he often goes out into the forest on weekends to spend a day taking pictures. Though like any person David has his own set of weaknesses such as speaking his mind and his struggle with alcohol abuse. Since he isn't afraid to speak his mind he can get himself into a lot of trouble and it becomes even worse when he's been drinking. Part of the reason he drinks is because of his past and watching his father drink himself to death. Considering his past David dislikes physical abuse and stays far away from people that only intend on hurting him. Also due to his homosexual nature he's not a big fan of homophobic people bullying him and saying that his sexuality was his choice.

History: David Reid was born on March 25, 2020 into quite a large family of 4 brothers on top of two his parents Ashley and James Reid. His oldest brother Nicholas, was 6 when David was born while Steven, the youngest was 2. Gregory and Alexander were twins both being 4 while Jeremy was 3. David was born into a very cramped house hold that was all ready struggling financially. Then when David was 5 his baby sister Nichole was born and things got even more hectic. Finally the family moved into a larger house but not large enough for every child to get their own rooms. Since Nicholas was the older he got his own room and first choice in room. Being twins that were pretty much inseparable Gregory and Alexander shared a room. That left three rooms remaining for three kids and their parents. Naturally they couldn't place Nichole in the same room as her brothers so Jeremy, Steven and David ended being crammed in a room while the newborn baby girl got her own living space. In the year 2031 when David was 11, his mother, siblings and himself were traveling to the mall for some back to school shopping. His life was changed that day when a large truck, moving at an unbelievable speed slammed into his family's van pushing them out into traffic. The van became a pin ball, being hit and slid around before being hit again. Into total that van was hit 5 times before being flipped onto its side. Despite the rush of ambulances and medical care only 3 passengers within his van survived. Gregory, Nichole and himself, however not unscathed. Gregory fared with a few lacerations that needed stitching up, a concussion and the horrifying images of their deceased family. Nichole's spine was severed, she'd never walk again, had several lacerations that needed stitching, a collapsed lung, a concussion and the horrifying images of their deceased family. David broke both his legs, had a piece of metal through his lung, lacerations on the back of his head that needed stitches and horrifying images of his deceased family. After getting out of the hospital David noticed a drastic change in his father and the life style at home. Gregory took care his siblings while their father merely turned to alcohol to drink away his pain of loosing the majority of the family. However David also noticed a change in his older brother and younger sister, both seemed to have all their happiness drained away from them. Late into the night all three children would suffer from horrible nightmares and end up curling up in Gregory's bed. In fact Gregory became the mother figure, despite being a guy, and took the brunt of their father's drunken rages. However when Gregory was 17 he committed suicide and David often blames himself for his brother's death. After that David started drinking, not much at first but enough to put himself to sleep, he was tired of the nightmares and feeling the pain from beatings. His sister tried to convince him to stop and get help but David didn't listen. The same year as Gregory's suicide is when the Skin-Walkers appeared and David although distant from all humans, was interested in these strange people from another world. However when the Skin-Walkers attacked the town, he knew that he had to protect his sister if any came near in an attempt to hurt them. Luckily no Skin-Walkers attacked his home. Then when David was 18 he moved himself and his 14 year old sister into an apartment far away from their father. He went to college for photography and drank less but still woke up in the middle of the night with terrible nightmares of the car accident. When he was 22 Nichole moved out of his apartment and he hasn't heard from her sense, but has seen her around town. Currently David is looking for something to start a relationship with and is running a small photography business from his apartment.
