Appearance:
Cosmo is already taller than his short Mom. He is five feet and seven inches, and enjoys being very tall. Though he is very skinny and only weights 145 pounds. His legs are long and his torso is short. He has long arms and a short neck. Cosmo has light brown hair that has highlights and dark highlights (don't know how to describe that). He has never dyed his hair or ever put anything in it, the most he has done is cut it. So his hair is usually messy and sticks up at odd angles, which is why he is usually wearing some sort of hat. Whether it is a weird witch hat, or a brightly colored snap-back, he wears one. His eye color is a common one, brown, but his eyes are dark brown. Cosmo usually wears bright colored cloths, whether they are neon green, neon blue, or neon yellow, his cloths are always bright. But his shoes are always black, nobody knows why. Cosmo is strange, like the fact that when he wears his witch hat he puts on a cape that matches with the witch hat. Most people just think that he is mental or something, and avoid him. But Cosmo couldn't care less.

Personality:
Cosmo is his own category of person. He is very strange, and you would think of him as the monkey from the Lion King. He pops up in random areas where people are and says crazy things, then disappears. He keeps an open mind though, and judges very few people. He doesn't hate Humans or Skin-Walkers. Though Cosmo thinks some of them are stupid for the things they do, like the Skin-Walkers that terrorized and killed people in the town, and the Government for trying to kill Skin-Walkers. Cosmo is very outgoing and will easily talk to anyone and everyone. The only thing he can't do, and hates when people do, is lie. He hates when people lie and can barely lie himself. He also hates spiders, they just creep him out, and if he sees one you would see him scream like a little girl. There is rarely a moment where Cosmo is mad though, you'd have to do a lot to make him mad. He prefers to go up to people and tease them, and usually ends up running away from the person laughing at them as they try to kill him for annoying them. Cosmo has few Strengths, the two that he has is knowledge and running. He has lots of knowledge, and is a straight A student, though he rarely acts like it. Cosmo uses his knowledge against people who aren't as smart when he jokes with them. Thankfully, Cosmo is very good at running, which helps when he annoys someone enough to make them run after him. Everyone has their weaknesses though and Cosmo's is fighting and mention of his parents. He can not fight to save his life, which is why he is so good at running away. Cosmo also hates when people mention his parents' arguing. He feels it's his fault they fight, though that isn't entirely true, and he doesn't like to be reminded that they fight almost every night.

History:
Cosmo was born shortly before the first Skin-Walker was discovered. He has no knowledge of this time though as he can only remember as far back as when he was 4 years old. But he grew up with human parents, and is a human himself. His father was always making people laugh and his mother was slightly strict about it. She had a problem with her husband acting like a child in front of their child. But Cosmo was very close with his father, and ignored his mother's attempts to make them grow up and stop acting childish. In school Cosmo was known as the jokester, and was constantly being sent home for making jokes at inappropriate times. This of course sent his parents in to arguments about how he should grow up or should just live his life. Obviously Cosmo felt bad for his parents fighting, but tried to ignore it.
Sadly when Cosmo went in to middle school he was bullied for how he dressed and acted, and the boys would call him gay. Though he didn't hate who people loved or how people acted, he wasn't happy about being called something he was not. But he grew smart, and every time the bullies would try and bully him he would throw jokes out and insult the boys bullying him. They eventually left him and bullied other people. Though Cosmo wanted to help the other people being bullied, he felt that they needed to learn to man up and defend themselves.
Now Cosmo is in his Freshman year in High school. He dresses up in his usual bright green, or bright blue outfits to school, and has made almost no friends and lots of enemies. He still listens to his parents arguing about how he gets sent home for making jokes and now, his favorite thing to do, pranking the teachers.
