Appearance: Katelynn stands at the height of 5' 7'' and weighs 130 pounds. She has light ash brown hair that is relatively wavy. However the young fifteen year old keeps her in a short pixie cut. Most of the time she'll just wear it flat, but from time to time when her hair is short she'll use gel to create a fohawk. To go around with her brown hair this young teen has gentle hazel eyes that are protected by an almond shaped socket on her round face. Although tall and skinny for her age Kate does not look malnourished or as if she has a eating disorder. In fact she's mostly muscle from vigorous work outs and playing sports. However she is not well defined by muscle and does not appear butch in any way. Though this young teen does have a issue with how flat chested she is. But nobody is how they wish they could be unless they get surgery done and that isn't something this young teen wants. Kate like most girls has her ears pierced and is always wearing some sort of faux gauge earrings, she doesn't want massive holes in her ears so she won't get them gauged. Now as for natural markings Katelynn doesn't have many but she does have a minor set of freckles that dapple her shoulders as well as her cheeks and nose. Skin wise this skin-walker is slightly tanned and has minor scaring from childhood accidents.

Personality: Katelynn is emotionally unstable, shy and doesn't know how to speak her mind so she tends to bottle everything up. The young skin-walker has been around since the first skin-walker appeared on Earth and seen many of the things that humans can do. She's disgusted by the Government as well as the Scientist for wanting to capture her fellow people. However being young and open minded about everything wasn't one of the skin-walkers who took their anger out on the innocent human beings. One reason for Kate's open mind is that she knows what its like to be hated, some of her own kind hates her for being a homosexual. Kate is also very creative which leads to her pass time of art, writing and music. Most of the time she express herself through her artwork, stories or music but from time to time she isn't afraid to show off her anger by throwing a few punches. Katelynn believe it or not took fighting lessons as a kid and knows how to defend herself quite well from anyone or anything, not just by shifting either. Due to being a Skin-Walker this young teenager also has heightened senses which come in handy while trying to stay out of trouble. However this also means that she's afraid of loud noises such as guns and thunderstorms.

History: Katelynn Skylar Taylor was born on April 23, 2033 to a single mother, Kimberly Taylor. Her farther was Jackson White, a dead beat drunk skin-walker who wanted nothing to do her mother let alone a new born child. So with that being said Katelynn never met her father and never will, he was one of the skin-walkers that had been captured by the Government. Her mother says that the dead beat deserved it though because he went around with some of the young kids causing trouble. The young child grew up among humans and a few other Skin-Walkers but once the Government put a bounty on all Skin-Walkers heads, the Skin-Walkers she lived upon moved into the forest. It wasn't until she was eight years old that she realized what was going on and that she was different from her classmates at school. At the point she learned of her shifting abilities as well as grasped the concept of her heightened sense. Thats when her mother started telling her stories of the planet Elysium in which the Skin-Walkers originated from. In a way she wished the planet hadn't been infested with a plague because life wouldn't be so fearful. However the past can't be changed and Kate will always know Earth as her home, she was born here and will die here either young or old she can not sure yet. Katelynn attends school but doesn't have many friends because of her terrible people skills. Most of the time she goes through her days seeking little attention as possible. Her mom is currently missing and Katelynn doesn't know where she went or what happened. All she can hope for is that her mother will return soon and she can go back to living in town. Currently she's living in the forest with some of the other Skin-Walkers.
