Appearance:
At 4ft 4in. Lucy is a small kid for her age. But she doesn't care. She is short and skinny for her age, which is the result of how she lives. Since Lucy is skinny, she is not very strong and so she doesn't fight often. She has some what tan skin, but is not out in the sun very often so it is usually a little pale. She has bright blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Her hair is blonde with some highlights and is curly and goes down to her lower back. Her eyes are bright blue and big. Her eyes never give away what she feels, and she is a great liar. Though on the occasion she will slip up and you could tell if she is frightened or sad. Lucy has two hair clips that look like pink flowers in the top of her head, and she usually is wearing them. She wears a dark pink shirt that is paired up with light pink leggings and light purple boots.

Personality:
Lucy is complicated. She is very nice and caring about everyone, thanks to her mother, but will gladly try and rip your head off for doing something she doesn't like. Though she is too weak to actually harm people, she'd try. Though she misses her mother, she doesn't try and forget about her existence, and remembers the good memories of her mother, laughing and having fun. But Lucy is like a lie detector, she knows when someones lying, won't know what the truth is but she knows when someone lies. On the occasion she can't tell if someone is lying. She also knows hot to lie to people herself. It comes in handy sometimes, but other times she fails to come up with a good lie.
Lucy hates people who harm any environment. That includes cutting down trees, hurting animals for no good reason, and torturing animals. Lucy absolutely loathes the Government, and blames them for practically everything. Right down to an insect dieing. If something bad happens, it's the Governments fault. Loud noises also scar her. Loud noises like guns or booming music from some party, she just doesn't like it because of her heightened senses. Usually she will cover her ears and squeeze her eyes closed and try to ease the throbbing headache she gets. Lastly Lucy hates Humans. She finds most of them scared at the smallest things, and it annoys her. Don't even get her started on how some Men treat Women.
Though she is filled with hate she lets it go with things she likes. Take the woods for examples. She loves the woods, they are her best friends almost. She will wander around in them and look for the perfect place to just lay back and look up at the sky and trees. She also loves shifting in to a Tiger as it brings back the happy memories of her mother. She also loves sleeping. Sleeping! It's like a drug to her, she never gets enough of it. Animals are like her weakness. If you make a trap for her, make sure there's an animal in need in it.

History:
Lucy's Mother was very kind and always cared for her. Lucy and her mother where very close, and nothing could break them. Her father was never around though, he was part of a rebellious group who tried to take down the government because they where trying to kill Skin-Walkers. Throughout her childhood she heard stories of Elysium, her mother's home planet. Her mother told her about how Skin-Walkers roamed free there, and nobody was trying to kill them. Lucy wanted to go there but her Mother said they could not, that it was over run by a horrible plague, and that it would be dangerous to go back. But every night Lucy looked forward to the bed time stories. When Lucy first started shifting she hated the excruciating pain. Her mother was exited though, and the more and more her mother and her went out on morning runs as Tigers, the more excited Lucy was about shifting. But two days before Lucy's 12th birthday, the government pounded at their door. Lucy was hidden by her mother and when her mother answered the door, there was a loud noise, and the sound of a body hitting the ground. Scared, Lucy stayed in her hiding spot until morning, when she walked out and saw nothing. After hours of searching for her mother she realized her mother was gone. But, she doesn't dwell on the past, and stays happy for her mother's sake. Though she does know her father is still out there, and she knows his name, she hopes some day she'd be able to find him.
